PCO Naming Conventions

Campus Names (Organization Wide):

• MC Español is now listed as MC Espańol Fort Worth
  • All other added MC Español campuses should use "MC Español" + the campus name (i.e. MC Español Dallas)
• All English speaking campuses, please use the MC before the campus name always (i.e. MC Waco, MC Fort Worth, MC East Fort Worth, etc.)

Abbreviations for Campuses:

• Fort Worth: FWRT
• Online: ONLN
• Español: ESPN
  • Español Fort Worth: ESFW
  • Español Dallas: ESDL
  • Español Waco: ESWC
• Waco: WACO
• Dallas: DLLS
• Austin: ASTN
• East Fort Worth: EFWR
• San Antonio: SNAN
   

Services:

• There is now a basic folder structure we ask you to use and focus your organization around. They are as follows:
  • Sunday Services | [Campus Abbreviation]
    • MC Kids | MC [Campus Abbreviation]
  • Weekly + Monthly Events | MC [Campus Abbreviation]
  • Annual + One Time Events | MC [Campus Abbreviation]
  • HV | MC [Campus Abbreviation] (this now holds any expression of a housed vision at your campus. If you create a folder, please use [HV Name or Abbreviation | [Campus Abbreviation]
• Please help us organize Services by placing events in their proper spaces. Did you know that you don't have to use a folder- simply use a service type to organize plans
  • Folders- If you create folders, please use the following convention to name them- [Department/area] | MC [Campus Abbreviation] (i.e. MC Students | WACO)|
  • Service types- Please use the below conventions to name the different items.
    • Multi-layered events- [event] | [Department/area] | [Campus Abbreviation] (i.e. MC Conference | MC Kids | FWRT)
    • 1 service type- [Department/area] | MC [Campus Abbreviation] (i.e. Ushers | DLLS)
  • Did you know that you can put a title in a Plan? You can! This helps you note what that particular week is focused on or the actual title of a message.

People:

• Forms- [Form Name] |MC Campus Name (Please do not use Abbreviations for this) (i.e. First Time Guest | MC Fort Worth)
• Workflows- [Department/Area/Purpose] | [Campus Abbreviation] (Media | Serve Team Onboarding | FWRT)
   

Registrations

• As with forms in People, please use the campus name not the abbreviation.
